With a recent acquisition expanding our product offerings, we are seeking a dynamic Supply Chain and Production Engineer to streamline operations and build a resilient, lean, and quality-focused production process.

As a Supply Chain and Production Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in organizing and maintaining vendor relationships tied to our recent acquisition, ensuring alignment for future production needs. You will lead the sourcing of components with an emphasis on optimizing supply chain performance, supporting lean manufacturing principles, and upholding high quality standards. Additionally, you will apply lean practices in developing and refining workflow processes for both new and existing product lines.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Organize, evaluate, and maintain vendor relationships to support current and future production.

• Source new components that meet cost, quality, and delivery requirements.

• Implement and support lean manufacturing practices across supply chain and production operations.

• Develop and refine workflow processes to enhance efficiency and consistency.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, purchasing, and production teams.

• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives focused on quality, cost, and delivery performance.

 

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Manufacturing, Industrial, or related field).

• Proven experience in supply chain management or procurement within a manufacturing environment.

 

PREFERRED CREDENTIALS:

• Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or higher).

• Project Management certification (e.g., PMP or equivalent).

• Experience with water well drill rigs

• Leadership experience in a manufacturing environment
